This year we inaugurated our new winery with a capacity of more than 25,000 liters, where we will produce the 2024 harvest. In the beginning, we did it in a small warehouse and in a very artisanal way.

The winery is equipped with the latest technology, and the variety of winemaking materials used for aging is based on the importance of stainless steel and the nobility of oak, without underestimating the benefits of concrete.

We also believe in gravitational winemaking and the conscious use of water, using steam for sanitizing processes.

We minimize the use of gas-producing machinery and strive to produce wines with few interventions, which puts us on a path that we all wish to follow, towards greater care and protection of our planet.
