After an extensive career cooking in renowned restaurants worldwide, such as Jöhri's Talvo and Adelboden in Switzerland, both awarded with two Michelin stars, Edward Holloway settled in Mendoza with his company Resolve, which manages restaurants and hotels in the region. Today, he adds CASA GAMBOA to his list of successful gastronomic ventures.

We offer an experience that we call TERRUÑO with different dishes that come to the center of the table to share. It includes wood-fired main courses, all of which can be accompanied by a pairing of 4 glasses of our wines.
